Well, let's see, in your own Troper page, you freely admit to being a pervert, a basement dweller (oh sorry, spare room), child hater, having a porn stash, and using shameless self promotion.
Your friend The Nerf Guy freely admits that he is lazy, a grammar Nazi (that I can believe), is arrogant, has a tendency to hold grudges (boy, I can vouch for that), a hypocrite (he claims everyone is) a jerkass, a troll, and has no social skills.
Oh, you can tell him that his "Freudian excuse" sounds a lot like my own childhood, but I do not believe, like he does, that "it's only wrong when someone else does it".
You claim I was a plagiarist. A plagiarist who wrote fanfiction. Right.
And yet you turned down every formal offer to formally charge me with it. (Or if you did, no-one ever believed you.
And as for how I'm going to make your life hell... Like I'm gonna tell you.
"Like I'm gonna tell you"? That's like a little kid running away after getting beaten to a pulp screaming "You'll be sorry!"
Brian... you once admitted to my friend Eric that you'd deliberately stolen a line from one of my stories because you wanted to force me to admit I was still reading your work. (A move that failed, because I didn't even know about it until Eric told me.) Stealing from another person's stories is plagiarism regardless of whether it's printed, for-sale fiction or fan work. If I stole one of the characters from the MLP fan film "Dusk's Dawn" and used it in my own fan film without credit or permission, would you argue I wasn't being a thief?
And what formal chances to accuse you? The one chance TPM extended the offer, they swiftly retracted it to defend you. (Yes, they used to defend you, until you made a point of launching flame attacks and political arguments at every turn.)
Then again, plagiarism is minor compared to your utter love of stealing lines and scenes from everything under the sun. In your CSR story, just to name one, I caught two scenes lifted directly from Star Wars Clone Wars and one from Samurai Jack. To quote (hypocritically) Ralph Waldo Emerson, "Quotation confesses inferiority."
Your list of tropes is outdated (not helped that I can't edit my page anymore) and largely pointless. I do live in the basement now, which actually gives me MORE space than my old room, but I've got an offer to move in with Eric around July that I'm looking into. Ever since my nephew Phoenix was born, I've come to like children. And as for the other three: if I'm not hurting anyone, what makes owning pornography, having perverted tendencies, or promoting my work wherever I can (something you're guilty of as well) villainous?
Oh, right. You're a believer in moral absolutism, as you have established in your stories, so evil things are always evil no matter what. Funny moral stance for a thief.
See, that's the thing. This has gone on so damn long I can't remember the details. I've never even heard of "Dusk's Dawn".
How many years has this gone on? When I heard you and The Nerf Guy considered this a "war" and were intentionally trying to get me thrown off Tropes, I was thinking, "dear God, WTF is this guy's problem? Why is he obsessed with revenge?"
What do you hope to accomplish? What?
You're a sick man, and you're obsessed. You're obsessed badly.
Obsessed? Me? Brian, YOU'RE the one who came onto my journal and began to make threats. I was willing to let the matter drop after we were both ejected from TV Tropes. Before I ran into you on TV Tropes, I was willing to let things sleep after our last LJ argument... TWO YEARS AGO.
Oh, I'm not hoping to accomplish anything. Arguing with you amuses me.
I contacted the mod at TV Tropes (Drew) and explained the situation, along with how rude Fighteer and the other mods were, not to mention the fact that Fighteer violated Tropes own policy by refusing to even consider my case for appeal. Drew is going to have a word with him and review my case.
