#21: OVER-THE-COUNTER MEDICATION
I get headaches a lot. Usually I just suffer them. I can't bring myself to take anything for them.
I have several reasons I worry about OTC meds. One is a fear of getting dependent on them. Another is having read about the Tylenol poisonings in my formative years. Then there's the simple fact of how, simply put, they don't do much for me.
Normally I just lay down for a while when I have a headache
