mancalledtrueSo I was trying to purchase tickets to a show in Las Vegas (I can't say that enough... I'm going to Las Vegas. Damn, six months of planning and it STILL excites me!). I called the box office over and over.
Now, I live in Minnesota. That's Central Time Zone. Nevada's in the Pacific Time Zone. There's a two-hour difference.
The recorded message every time I called said that the box office was closed, and that it was open from 10 AM to 10 PM. Didn't matter if I called at noon local time, at 4 PM local time, at 8 PM local time...
Apparently nobody ever answered the goddamn phone at the Riviera Box Office.
So I went online. Got the tickets in five minutes.
I hate telephones.
