Confusion, thy name is Scott Pilgrim.

I hate the Scott Pilgrim comics. I find them to be a great premise crushed under the weight of the author's trying far too hard to be DEEP and MEANINGFUL.

The movie does quite a bit of useful trimming, but it has a number of slow moments and again doesn't really use the premise to its full potential. Probably the best performance anyone will ever get out of Michael Cera, though.

So why am I so addicted to the beat-em-up?
