Jan. 19th, 2012 09:28 pmI've picked up a new cot. This one's got a solid aluminum frame, doesn't use the cheap plastic screws to hold the canvas on like the last one, and generally looks a lot sturdier.
The one drawback is that the end bars must be put on and taken off by hand every time it's folded and unfolded, which makes a lot of noise and is an absolute pain. The old cot was much easier to store.
At least I'm not sleeping on the couch any longer. No more 4 AM wakeup calls.
