Well, if you listen to Rowling's interviews, she apparently has his entire life for the next nineteen years planned out.
I, however, refuse to consider anything after the last chapter (and this includes the epilogue) canon.
In my view, after killing Voldemort, Harry borrows the flying bike from Hagrid and disappears from history for about two years. No one sees him during this time, although there are rumors from as far away as Mumbai of a man with a lightning-bolt scar meditating in some quiet spot or another.
